renovators feel that the consumer should have an exact idea as to what
their total cost of the
product may be, and that is
to include any additional costs incurred if the customer should decide
that the product
does not suit them.

Product Return
Tiffany Renovators does offer a 30 day
return policy on all product. Restocking and return postage
charges will apply.
In order to control our inventory and
offer our customers the lowest possible pricing, there will be a 25%
restocking fee applied to all returned
merchandise, be sure to check the restocking charge levied by other
internet outfits. These
costs generally range from 25-50%. This charge will be waived for
defective
merchandise returned.

All Shipping charges on
product returns
shall be the responsibility of the customer.
If the product is found to have
wire cut by the customer, a $20.00 rewire charge will be subtracted from
the refund.

Shipping
In order to obtain volume pricing so
that we may extend additional discounts to our customers, there shall
be approximately a 2-4 week shipping
time required and is shipped primarily through UPS.
Items marked as
"retail location only" May be able to ship, we will have to
investigate the possibility
on a case by case basis and determine
what charges may apply.

Defective Merchandise
Merchandise is presented to the
carrier in good condition, if the container shows signs of damage you must
inspect immediately and report this to
the driver, failure to do so may result in loss of your right for repayment.
If the product is deemed to be
defective, please notify Tiffany renovators immediately. We
shall send to your address,
a prepaid shipping sticker to attach to the container and ship back to us.
Once we have received the defective
merchandise we shall send out a replacement to you at no charge.
